So...from what I read, XSplit STILL hasn't fixed their HD PVR 2 sync issues, so I am forced to learn OBS...if someone who is familiar with OBS and can help me, let me know? :3

FFSplit exists too, and it's more like xsplit than OBS is. See if that works for you?

Tried it, last time I saw, they didn't support HD PVR 2

I wish I knew more about OBS but I do know that Josh uses it for his casts, I could shoot him a message if you like. Is there anything specific you need to know about it Nicole?

So Xsplit has issues with it, FFSplit doesn't support it, and it's tricky with OBS but evidently it can be done. There are a ton of links with various tutorials and guides. Have you seen/tried any?

Yeah, borked. The only thing that I'm confused about right now is - 1. Buffer size (kbit), i've heard you need to have the same as your bitrate and i've heard you need to have it higher, lower, etc. and 2. How much delay I need to put on the mic and the cam lol. I've heard most people put 4.5 seconds, so i'll see how that goes.

I just have my fingers crossed that my mic won't be 10 seconds behind the video in an hour, like xsplit did.
